How we handle an inspection request.

Inspection requests

Montana Mold Dogs LLC is based in Dillon, Montana. When you submit an inspection request, we collect your name, email, phone number, property city or ZIP code, property type, approximate size, what prompted the request, and how you prefer to be contacted.

We use those details to reply, prepare a quote, and schedule an inspection of the property. We do not sell personal information.

Please do not include diagnoses, medical records, laboratory reports, or a medical history. We do not need them to inspect a building. If you include them anyway, we use that message only to respond to you. We do not send the text of your request to Google Ads or Analytics.

Advertising

If you arrive from an ad or a tagged link, we keep the first advertising click identifier (gclid, gbraid, or wbraid), any UTM parameters, the first page you landed on, and the site that brought you here. Those first-touch values are kept for up to 90 days and are stored with your lead when you request an inspection. The site loads Google tag AW-18496431675 and Google Analytics G-2TMRZVVTCN. After the server accepts an inspection request, the confirmation page sends one conversion so the ad can be measured. That event includes a value and a reference number created by the server. It does not include your name, contact details, or your message.

A small banner offers OK and Decline. In the United States, Google’s measurement cookies are on unless you choose Decline or your browser sends Global Privacy Control. In Europe, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, those cookies stay off until you choose OK. Decline turns them off. That choice is kept for one year in a first-party cookie named mtmd_consent. Cookie settings in the page footer opens the banner again. The first-touch values described above are kept in our own cookies, not Google’s, and work the same either way. The site itself works the same either way.

We use Google Ads and Analytics cookies to measure calls and form leads. You can opt out.

A tap on a phone link can send a phone_click event. That event is not used for bidding. Calls from ads are measured in the Google Ads account. After an ad click, the public pages may replace (406) 479-9664 and the phone link with a Google forwarding number. A call to that number can be measured. The tap itself is not the conversion.

What we do not do

Montana Mold Dogs provides property-inspection services and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Inspection findings and canine alerts do not establish that a property caused an illness. Questions concerning symptoms, diagnoses or medical testing should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.
